I spent a decade in the NFL. From undrafted to making game-saving plays. I built a career mastering adaptability on the field. After football, I had to redefine success and adapt. I know what it takes to perform under pressure, and what it takes to start over when everything falls apart.

I lost my career, my business, my mom and brother. Learning how to pivot without a playbook wasn’t easy. That experience became my methodology.

Here’s what I discovered. The moments that break us are the same ones that build us.

The same discipline that got me to the NFL became the framework I now teach to executives navigating organizational change, athletes transitioning out of sports, and leaders building resilient teams.
